Our founder and president, John Walsh, has over 15 years of experience in assessing risks, reducing costs, and seamlessly coordinating complex insurance programs for over 200 global subsidiaries as a former insurance executive at Zurich Insurance, Marsh & McLennan, and Aon in both Morristown, NJ and New York City.
As a local to New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania, John Walsh grew up in Princeton, attended Princeton Day School, and graduated from The Lawrenceville School. He obtained his B.A. from
The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He earned a dual-major MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University in New York City.
He is skilled in project management, collaboration, and problem solving. He has successfully downsized
his own parents twice while working full time.

NASMM is recognized for its innovative programs and expertise related to Senior Move Management, transition, and relocation issues affecting older adults.
Senior Move Management professionals have backgrounds in gerontology, social work, health care, nursing and psychology, and others come to this growing industry from the corporate world of insurance, project management, technology, legal services, accounting, or marketing.

- Obtain general business liability insurance
- Undertake and pass NASMM’s Cornerstone Courses

- Sign and abide by the NASMM Code of Ethics and submit to oversight and guidance from the NASMM Ethics Compliance Commission
